Daddy Doula Class
$150
Hey dads, this one’s for you! You know your partner and I know birth, so let’s team up.
In this class, I’ll teach you what tools you might use to help your partner during labor and also tips for pregnancy and postpartum. Our Daddy Doula class is 4 hours in length and packed full of information.

Placenta Encapsulation

Encapsulation is when the placenta is cleaned, dehydrated, pulverized, and put into capsules. These are to be ingest during the postpartum period. Though it’s not for everyone, placenta encapsulation does have it’s benefits! The placenta is full of crucial vitamins, minerals, and hormones for a healthier postpartum recovery. Such include: B12, B6, iron, protein, estrogen, and progesterone.
Mothers that have consumed their pills have reported better sleep, more energy, slight boost in milk supply, faster healing time, and overall better moods.
